Wavell's Photography Experience

 

The Photography sessions will take place at a predetermined locations or studio.  To hold your date & time, a $150 retainer is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.    The session takes approximately 1 1/2 hours or until we get the shots required, which allows for 2-3 outfit and lighting changes.

Let's Chat!!!  (Initial planning session)

Shortly after you book your portrait session with us, we will be in contact with you to book your initial consultation.  This is when we discuss locations, outfits, and answer any questions you may have.  Please feel free to compile a list of questions to ask us about, any outfits you are considering and any ideas you might have.  At this point we will provide you with our product catalogue and price list so that you understand what products we offer, thus giving you all the information you need to take home and start planning what artwork will best suit your home and budget.

Your PORTRAIT Session

LET the fun begin and the magic happen!  Regardless of the type of photography session we are doing we always aim to please.  We like creating a fun, energetic atmosphere where people can relax and enjoy themselves.  We want this experience to be something you can tell all your friends about and be a lifelong memory.    No need to stress about not knowing how to pose, our photography style leans more on the candid / natural side.  Hair and makeup artist are available if required.

Image Reveal and Ordering Appointment

After the photography session we schedule a design appointment, or this can be done the same day as the photo shoot. This is now the most enjoyable part of the experience/process. We get to sit down and watch a slide show with all the special moments we captured and start the process of choosing your favorite images!  We will show you some sample collections, and story boards illustrating your story. We go through your images together helping you make calculated decisions on the best images for you and designing artwork that suits your needs.

*Please note that this is the time when you place your orders and payment is due, therefore the entire family needs to be involved at this stage.
